Return Requests

To send us a return request:

1. Log into your customer account . You also have the option to log in as a guest.
2. Enter your email address that you used to place the order in the appropriate field and click "Continue" .
3. Copy the 6-digit verification code that you received by email.
4. Paste the confirmation code into the field in the customer login.
5. Click on the order you want to send a return for.
6. If your order contains multiple items, select the items you wish to return.
7. Select a return reason and add a note for us.
8. Click on "Request a Return" .
9. If we approve your return request and return shipping is required, you will receive shipping instructions and a return label via email. Once we receive the product, we will issue you a refund.
